Glenmark Pharma was down 2 percent today after Merck filed a suit in the Delhi High Court against the pharma company for violating its patents on diabetes drugs Januvia and Janumet. Januvia costs nearly Rs 1300 for a month's dose, while Glenmark is offering it at a 30 percent discount. At 13:52 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 476.65, down Rs 10.35, or 2.13 percent.
It has touched an intraday high of Rs 488.05 and an intraday low of Rs 474. It was trading with volumes of 24,674 shares, compared to its five day average of 43,321 shares, a decrease of -43.04%.
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 4.13% or Rs 19.30 at Rs 487.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 550.80 and 52-week low Rs 309.80 on 09 January, 2013 and 11 April, 2012, respectively.
Currently, it is trading 13.46% below its 52-week high and 53.86% above its 52-week low.
