AGC Networks quotes ex-bonus, gains 5%

AGC Networks is quoting ex-bonus on Wednesday. The company has announced an issue of bonus shares in the proportion of one new equity bonus share of Rs 10 each for every one existing equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid-up by capitalization of reserve on October 30. The record date for the same has been fixed as December 20, 2012.

At 12:52 hours IST, the stock rose 4.84 percent to Rs 207.50 after hitting an intraday high of Rs 219.55 and low of Rs 195.05.

Even its trading volumes increased 142 percent to 7,986 shares as compared to its five day average of 3,303 shares. Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 295.34 crore.
