Jain Irrigation board approves preferential issue of 4.97 crore shares at Rs 80 per share to non-promoters to raise Rs 398 crore. The board also approved to raise of USD 40 million via FCCBs and USD 75 million via overseas borrowing, reports CNBC-TV18.
At 10:41 hrs Jain Irrigation Systems was quoting at Rs 74, up Rs 0.70, or 0.95%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 75.60 and an intraday low of Rs 73.45.
It was trading with volumes of 256,746 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.03% or Rs 0.75 at Rs 73.30.
